Postage: We aim to dispatch all orders either same or next working day (excluding bank holidays). If for any reason you do not receive your item within specified time, please contact us through eBay messages. Feedback system is not there to let us know that you have not received your item.

Returns

We accept returns for a full refund if the item is faulty unless there is evidence of sabotage.

If an item is no longer required then refunds are given less P&P and a 10% handling/re-listing fee. Items must be returned at the buyer's expense in an un-used/as sold condition with the tags still attached and in the original packaging.

Lingerie and underwear garments are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Notice of intention to return an item must be received within 7 days of receipt.
