Description |
|
The scallop shell is the traditional sign of the pilgrim and it marks the way to Santiago de Compostela, and it is a welcome sight after a long day's trek in harsh weather. Pilgrims will traditionally wear a scallop necklace or attached to their rucksack, and will differentiate them from other travellers.
This beautiful pendant commemorates this tradition and will be a great addition to anyone's jewellery box.
The pendant measures approximately 3.7cm in length and 3.2cm in width and comes with a 18" silver hallmarked snake chain. Each pendant will be supplied with an attractive velvet pouch for safekeeping.
