Want your jeans to arrive at your door the perfect length? No problem... When you order from us you can choose the specific leg length and our bespoke tailoring service will adjust your jeans perfectly to exacting standards and they will arrive with you at the length you want.
Our tailoring team require a few days to alter your jeans so we estimate a delivery timescale of up to 10 working days, although this can often be shorter.
We find during busy periods and due to high demand, the average time between order and despatch is 7 working days so please bear with us and be assured we will be working to get your item delivered to you as soon as possible.

We accept PayPal as our primary form of payment, due to its fast, secure reliability. However, if Credit or Debit card is your preferred option, then please telephone through and we can take your order over the phone.
Payment will be taken upon ordering your item(s) and we will dispatch your item as soon as they are received back from the Tailors.
Because these jeans are a Premium Tailored item, each pair is carefully altered to the correct leg length according to your requirements. We therefore advise a 7-10 day handling time (Although it's usually much quicker than this!) Due to the volumn of Tailoring we pass through to our Seamstress, we want to ensure we give her enough time to do a proper and thorough job!
Once your item is back with us, we will send out your jeans via Royal Mail Tracked 48 but can also offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 - just select this service at checkout.... Please note however, that the Postal Service you select WILL NOT affect the despatch time on your item, only the shipping & handling duration by that of Royal Mail.

Unlike many companies who offer altered products, we are happy to accept returns and exhanges if the item does not fit, is not your style or even if you've just changed your mind! .... Please ensure however, that ALL labels and tags remain intact and are NOT removed. If labels are removed, we sadly will not be able to issue a refund or exchange.
