This is a cast Packard convertible made by Hubley-Kiddie as marked on the underside.
It has green and grey paint, which is worn from playing.
The detail is molded in the design.
It has wood wheels.
There is a tin plate on the underside which has the running parts printed on it along with the maker's information.
It measures 5-1/2" long X 1-3/4" wide X 1-3/8" tall.
A nice old toy to add to your collection.
