Delivery times are estimated at 3-5 working days although in the vast majority of cases your order may arrive sooner. Standard delivery is via Royal Mail's 2nd class service and you are welcome to upgrade to express delivery at the checkout if you require your order sooner. Please notify us within 14 days of placing your order if your parcel does not arrive within the time frame specified and we will open an investigation with Royal Mail to establish the whereabouts of your parcel.
