In the event that you receive your items but for some reason you decide not to keep it, we will be happy for you to post the items back to us for a refund or exchange if applicable.

This does not apply to any made to order, personalised items or bespoke, as they are all hand made when an order for them is placed. Therefore they cannot be returned for a refund.
