RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
From time-to-time, there may be an issue with one of our products.
We have outlined our return/exchange policy to ensure that any and all problems are efficiently resolved in a timely manner.

Any damage should be refused at the time of delivery and noted by the carrier.

The returned item must be in the original packaging material or something equivalent (protective sleeve or bag).
For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back through a traceable shipping method and proper insurance if necessary.
When a return is requested due to our error, we will arrange to return the product.
We will issue a Return Label for any defective product.
Credit will be given for the returned item and freight when the item is received and inspected by us.
Our errors include, but are not limited to, wrong size, wrong address, wrong item, duplicate shipment, cancelled order prior to ship date, etc.
