Please note do not buy or bid if you are not happy with  this rule , in cases that you simply dont like the item or order the wrong size,only the item price will be refunded , i want to be able to give my customers  the best price i can , due to 
ebay new rules , if you return an item through  the ebay new  system, the postage plus 10% percent of the price  won't be refunded as ebay won't give back the final value fee  to me , if you email me letting me know you are returning the item then all the item price can be refund , only the postage not , sorry for any inconvenience
