Our prefer method payment is paypal. We only ship to your registered PayPal address, if for any reason there has been a change of address, please could you update your details on your PayPal account before proceeding checkout.

If you have taken advantage of FREE AU Delivery please allow 12  working days before contacting us. We also advise contacting your local postal depot to see if the post man has been but not left a card.

We would dispatch your order within 1-2 working days and upload the tracking number,If you experienced delivery delays by AU post, we cannot be held responsible for deliveries not arriving on time. Please contact your local delivery office. After 2 week (for free delivery) and 10 days (Express Service ) Please contact us and we will look into the delivery details and take the appropriate action to refund or replace the goods.

In the event of a return you must contact us through ebay for full instructions and an authorised return reference prior to returning your item. We will provide full details and address for the returns.

If an item received is unsuitable the buyer is welcome to return, however the buyer will be responsible for the return postage and packaging charges at their expense. All returned goods MUST be unused and in the original packaging with all tags still attached, and free from any wear or tear.If an item is faulty from us, we will refund 100% money . Please also obtain a proof of delivery. You must send us a clear digital picture by e-mail .For items weighing more than 2kg please contact us prior to sending back.

For items that have Free Post & Packaging charges, a deduction of 20% will be deducted for post and packaging charged from the amount paid and the balance will be refunded to the original method of payment. EXAMPLE Item Cost AU$ 20 + free P&P, if item returned, AU$ 16 will only be refunded. AU $ will be deducted for postage and packaging.
