Evidence Claim

In order to process the defective product warranty, we will need our customer to provide us with test results that is valid and sufficient to serve as evidence to the factory.

The tests have to be done with an industry standard Midtronics tester, which is what they use in every dealership in order to process battery/alternator/starter warranty related issue. Another alternative is to use Sun VAT 40/45, but you will have to provide us with a photo evidence of proper testing (**details below).

Customer will have to fax/scan or send us a valid test result that prints out that states the condition of your cars electrical system from:

1.    Battery Test

2.    Voltage drop test

3.    Alternator Test

4.    Starter Test

Please bring it to a shop/dealer that does have the equipment to test it properly. Midtronics tester will give you a print out (like a credit card receipt). We do need the results in order to process the claim to the factory and send you a replacement.

**Please understand that we cannot process the warranty if we do not have evidence and proper documentation of the test results stated above.

Documentation cannot be hand written, it has to be an official document from the shop/dealer for legal purposes. VAT40/45 tests will need photo evidence showing the results with the way it is hooked up to the car, because this machine does not have print outs.

No-Evidence Claim

In case the evidence cannot be provided or missing (meaning valid test results, supporting documents, print outs), the warranty claim will solely depend on the discretion of the factory technicians. The evaluation process will take at least 2 weeks. Depending on the results we reserve all the rights to deny the warranty claim and make the final decision.
