These phones are covered by a "No Hassle" 14 Days Warranty .
All items must be returned in resalable condition and with retail packaging (where appropriate). We can only entertain genuine claims, your phone must not be physically opened, manipulated or altered. We hold right to decline any false claims.
During the initial 14 days if a phone is faulty we will replace the phone or refund your purchase price including postage. If the phone is found to be working we will return the phone, or refund the purchase price.

Grading Mobile Phones
We Grade our Phones using common standards into the following groups:
Grade A | While clearly a used device the phone will be in Excellent cosmetic condition. The front and rear housing will show little or no sign of wear, with only very minor scratches or marks and no cracks present. One would look at such a phone and think “its owner really loved of this thing” or “this phone is almost new”. |
Grade B+ | Indicates the phone is in Very Good condition but not quite an A. Often it’s just one small scratch too many, or in the wrong spot. It will have had minimal use and may have a very few minor hairline scratches or very light scuff marks and has been very well cared for by its previous owner. One would look at such a phone and say “It’s almost an A grade, if not for that small mark”. |
Grade B Grade C | Indicates the phone will be in Good overall condition. The front and rear housing will show some signs of wear and may have some scratches and worn spots present from general day to day use rather than any significant damage. The screen will be clear or mostly clear Indicates that the phone is in average /poor condition with many scratches and heavy sings of wear and tears |
