Delivery
  •     Items will be dispatched same business day up to 3pm upon payment clearance (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). You will be notified immediately via e-mail of any delays. 
  •    Overseas orders are sent by International tracked & signed or International signed for
  •    If you miss the postman/courier please check for a "While you were out card"

RETURNS
  • If you are not happy with a purchase you have 14 Days to return or exchange an item from the date of purchasing so please avoid dissapointment and return your item on time.
  • Any items returned must be received back in their original condition – this means they must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, fake tan, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and be in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • We aim to process returns within 1-2 working days of receipt after which a return notification message will be sent to you through the eBay message system. 
  • We cannot be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us and as such we always recommend you use a recorded or tracked postal service. 
  • If you have received an incorrect or faulty item in your order, please contact us with details of the error.
  • Buyer pays return postage and then once item has been recieved you will be fully refunded including the postage fee you have paid when you purchased the item.
  • Please leave a note inside the your returning parcel with your full name, ebay id (nick name) and your request, if these information is not included, it will delay completing your refund, in some cases items may go missing. Please contact us before returning your item.
