Here at Extrema Outdoors, we aim to ship all orders received by us in a 24 hour period during a working week (Saturdays and Sundays are not included as part of the working week) this also excludes national and bank holidays.
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not always guaranteed, due to factors that may impact on the couriers, but are our best approximation of times and will vary with specific requests.
Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order. Please note, for United Kingdom buyers “please note” RoyalMail 24hr Packet is not a guaranteed next day service.
Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (GMT). Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday or on Saturday/Sunday will only be processed and shipped on the Monday (or start of the working week). Additional charges may accrue on Priority, Overnight and International shipping if multiple attempts are made for delivery.
Certain postcodes within the United Kingdom may require an additional charge for standard Shipping & Delivery and delivery times could vary (courier dependant) Orders to all other UK postcodes should arrive in 1 to 5 working days when ordered before 12:00 noon(GMT).
If an item has not been received within the specified period, it is always worthwhile to contact your local post office sorting office to check if goods have been held waiting your pick up, for those customers that have tracking numbers you can check the status of the delivery online.
If you are buying via our Ebay shop, you can pay with a debit or credit card such as a Visa or MasterCard and alternatively by PayPal. We will also accept cheques and bank transfers but this must be arranged over the telephone or email before we can process your order.

Extrema Outdoors reserves the right to withhold any orders that we consider maybe fraudulent or for security reasons. The customer affected will be informed accordingly. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we cannot correctly verify the delivery and invoicing details for any given reason.
We have a strong ethic of “Data Protection” Which relates that our server encrypts all personal data and your transactions are confidential and secure at all times.
We at Extrema Outdoors have a guaranteed no quibbles policy of returning unwanted items. We want you the customer to be completely happy at all times with products purchased from our eBay shop. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, or unhappy with any of our items we will gladly accept your return of the goods back to ourselves within a period of 30 days.
In the case of “New’ items that come bagged and with labels, all we ask is that you return the item in its original condition, complete with vendor packaging and tags the item should not have been worn, used or washed. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective and within the returns period of 30 days.
Please note that any unwanted merchandise must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.
All goods deemed unwanted/unsuitable by the buyer must be returned to us at the buyers expense, only items considered to be faulty will qualify for a return of postage.
Goods returned to us for the reasons of customer failing to accept or providing incorrect shipping details will be subject to an addtional restocking fee which is around 20% of item cost.
Returning items by mail: On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please tell us the reasons for your returning the item. Please remember to enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s).
Please use our return address provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address back to ourselves. Once received by us allow 7 to 10 days for the processing of your return payment.
