In our adverts where items fit on one side of the car or the other, whilst sitting in the car looking forwards, the drivers side (right) is referred to as OS (offside). NS (nearside) therefore is the passenger side or left side of the car from the same position. F refers to FRONT, R refers to REAR.

POSTAGE: Our prices normally include a "top notch" delivery service. If P&P is shown separately, please do not buy if you are not happy with the quoted rate. P&P is not just the price of a stamp - there is a lot more involved in getting a used part from a car to your doorstep within a couple of days!! Free postage means an amount to cover our postage & packaging costs is included in the selling price. If non faulty goods are returned simply because they were incorrectly ordered or the buyer has changed their mind etc, we reserve the right to deduct these postage & packaging costs from the refund. The amount of deduction will be advised when a return request is received.
We currently send items out daily via City Link (small items by Royal Mail 1st class recorded), - larger items can be sent by pallet. Advertised postal rates apply to most of the UK Mainland only (some outlying postcodes are not included) - Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands (even some mid Scotland areas), Channel Islands, other Offshore Islands, Isle of Wight & Isle of Man for example, may incur a surcharge with couriers other than Royal Mail – please email us first if in doubt.

Unless stated, all parts are second user, so please don't expect them to be perfect, but they are checked before dispatch to make sure they fulfil their intended purpose and any major damage is described in the listing. If in doubt, please check with us before buying.

Buyer is responsible for return postage on incorrectly ordered or unwanted parts.

Please note - all items are securely packaged but we CANNOT INSURE glass or second hand body panels for accidental damage or breakage.

We try to answer all questions the same day, but sometimes it may take up to 48hrs to reply – especially if we need to re-inspect / weigh / measure the item or a question is received at weekends / public holidays. 99% of purchases are despatched the same day if payment is received before 10am and are normally sent on a next day (though not guaranteed) service AND WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY - PLEASE ALSO ENSURE WE HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER FOR DELIVERY.

In return, we ask for buyers to contact us WITHIN 48 HOURS of purchase if payment options are required, and for payments to be received by us WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS of purchase.
