This 2 channel digtal tuning module has been on sale for over 10 years and has been proven to work reliably and effectively on older diesels with Bosch Ve-EDC fuel injection. This system uses the first generation of Bosch 'drive by wire' electronic injection pumps - the VP37 and similar 5 cylinder versions.(not v6)

NB The photo shows the version for the VOLVO 2.5TDI with 3pin map sensor cable and 8 or 10pin  plug for the injection pump.

TECH INFO:

The Synergy 4, uses 3 chips, one of which is a state of the art microcontroller making this a genuinely digital product. It uses 2 channels - one processes the MAP signal (unlike rival products - even those costing 3 times the price that only use the map signal to turn their box on and off) and the other controls the fuelling.

The controls enables you choose where the extra performance starts and how much performance boost is available.

Fitting is straightforward - it is part plug in to the map sensor and just 2 wires to connect to the injection pump wiring in the back of the ecu plug. Full instructions are supplied and no wiring mods are needed so the vehicle can be returned to standard at any time in seconds, with no tools being needed.  There is no reprogramming of the engine ecu needed either.

"Ron fitted one to my 1999 VW Autosleeper Clubman 2.5tdi 102bhp and I cannot believe the difference. The performance used to be okay above 2000rpm (55mph) and then it 'died' on hills if the revs dropped below 1800, meaning quite a lot of gearchanging, not helped by the big gap between gears. It is our policy to give you 30days to evaluate the module for yourself under various 'real world' driving conditions. Dyno figures are meaningless when it comes to telling you about part throttle performance, turbo lag reduction, ow down torque and in-gear acceleration since they are always obtained on full throttle in 4th gear, usually from about 2000rpm upwards.  Also, your vehicle may no longer be producing the manufacturers quoted figures so you will often not be able to achieve the claimed increase.

If you decide the module is not for you, then mail it post paid no later than 30days from the date of delivery (not from when you fitted it). We don't refund any post and packing costs and items mailed outside the 30days will be returned to you unrefunded. After the 30days has expired you will be deemed to have purchased the module and our 5year return to base warranty will apply.
