This set has been carefully inspected and refurbished by the seller with all contents 100% verified to ensure the pieces needed to build the set have been included as well as the manual and all minifigures. The set does not include any extra pieces or a disassembly tool. Some play wear may be evident.

The attached photo is a stock photo of the assembled set and not a photo of the exact set being purchased, which is provided fully disassembled and re-packaged. The original LEGO box is not included.

Every effort is made to ensure all set-specific stickers applied to the bricks have been included, however, we cannot guarantee whether all stickers are included or properly oriented. Any missing, broken, sun-damaged, gouged or excessively worn pieces have been replaced with genuine LEGO parts. 

Manuals are checked to make sure they are an original LEGO-printed manual usable for building the set but on rare occassion may have folds, creases, repaired tears, or other marks or damage resulting from prior-owner use and wear.
