The O. H. Wright & Co. Bartlet Building can be the host for a multitude of working warehouses.
The graphic signage included designates it as a building materials warehouse.
The historic structure was located in Bartlet, Illinois about 30 miles west of Chicago and situated on the Milwaukee Road's mainline.
Original drawings for this structure appeared in the September 1970 issue of Model Railroader Magazine and this kit has several amendments to the original design.
