  Terms for Returns applicable to items purchased on"StickersMagic" (https://stores.ebay.co.uk/stickersmagic )ebay shop.

"StickersMagic"(Zing Marketing Services ltd) comply fully with the "The Consumer Contracts Regulations(2014)" for all products excluding Items that have been PERSONALISED. For all non-personalised products you must contact "StickersMagic"(Zing Marketing Services ltd) within 7 days in writing and return the goods.

Providing the item/s are returned in a timely manner and they are received in the same condition, a refund will be issued.

IMPORTANTLY Please note,"The Consumer Contracts Regulations(2014)" does not apply to personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification. "StickersMagic"(Zing Marketing Services ltd) cannot offer you a replacement or refund unless you have received FAULTY or INCORRECT goods. if you are unhappy with the item you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of the date of receipt. However, you should be aware of these limitations which are applicable to items purchased on"StickersMagic" (https://stores.ebay.co.uk/stickersmagic )ebay shop.

LIMITATIONS APPLICABLE FOR THE RETURNING OF ITEMS & REFUND:

1)Please note that we "StickersMagic"(Zing Marketing Services ltd) don't compensate for those customers who have provided us the address.We will require a full delivery address when your order is placed.

2)For personalised stickers please double check the custom text you provide us is correct as we are going to print whatever text is provided by you ( end user customer) and we are not responsible for any mistakes.

3)For custom coloured vinyl stickers and fabric wall sticker please make sure you have selected the correct vinyl size/sticker sheet size and vinyl colour as we are not responsible for any mistakes.

4)"StickersMagic"(Zing Marketing Services ltd)do not accept any responsibility for mistakes incurred while applying the stickers, so please do take time to read our instructions along with the order or please watch the instruction video on our ebay store.

5)You must inform us that you are returning your order before you actually send it back. To inform us of your order return email us on this email address: ebay-sales (at)zingmarketingservices.co.uk

6)If you have used your wall sticker/sticker then unfortunately we cannot give you an exchange or refund.

7)IMPORTANT INFORMATION:In accordance with our terms and conditions, you are able to get a refund excluding delivery charges, and a 20% restocking fee as soon as we receive them with out any kind of damage.Buyer is responsible for any kind of damage incurred to teh item during the return shipping.

8)No refund will be given unless items are returned completely with all the original packaging and receipts etc.

9)Packages must be returned absolutely perfect, un-opened condition, all stickers must also arrive without any creases or bends. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Goods must be returned to the following address:

10)RETURN SHIPPING during Busy Period:We cannot be held responsible for any delays or undelivered items caused by Royal Mail OR Courier company. Please note that over the Christmas period there is an increased volume of mail at Post Office/Delivery Company's sorting depots which can cause delays and other small shipping issues that are beyond our control.If you are returning during the busy period please allow plenty of time to allow for such shipping delays as they are out of our control..

All our products are produced with non-toxic materials, and though our stickers are durable and long-lasting,they are NOT PERMANENT. Because our stickerss are designed only to be removed with intent, they may detach from wall or other surface on which they are applied if subject to consistent or repeated or prolonged scratching,picking or any other physical action which loosens the adshesion/grip of the stickers. Therefore, use caution and special care in the acse of SMALL SIZE wall sticker application to certain items handled by young children and ensure ongoing monitoring of adhesion/stickiness to ensure wall sticker ( specially SMALL SIZE ones) are intact so as to prevent accidental swallowing/ingestion.
