Used Parts
USED parts are considered to be in good operating condition and guaranteed to function as it should. USED parts will not be in perfect condition. There may be signs of wear (i.e. rust, scratches and other blemishes). However, any defect or blemish that affects the overall functionality of the item (i.e. cracked mirror, broken plug, etc.) will be clearly stated in the listing.
Core Parts
All parts sold as CORE may or may not function properly as-is but are guaranteed to be rebuildable. Rebuildable is understood to mean, any part purchased from us can be repaired to function as it should by cleaning, modifying, or replacing necessary components of the purchased part preventing the need to replace the whole part.
CORE parts come with no guarantee about how long or how well it will perform. Parts sold as CORE should expect to be rebuilt or repaired and we do not suggest installing these parts without doing so.
Core Exchanges
If a core exchange is required for an item, please do not purchase the item until you are prepared to pay the core charge and/or send in an exchange. Core exchange requirements are clearly posted throughout the listing, and it is the buyer's responsibility to note these requirements.
All core payments will be immediately refunded upon receipt of a rebuildable core exchange.
The item will not ship until core payment or core exchange is received by us.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
Unless otherwise stated in the listing, we offer a 90-day money back guarantee on all parts sold as NEW, 60-day money back guarantee on all parts sold as USED, and a 30-day money back return on all other parts.
Items attached to parts are considered convenience items (i.e. wiring, bulbs, sockets, sensors, coils, spark plugs, water pump, filters, brake parts, hoses, vacuum lines, u-joints, etc.) and will not be taken into account under warranty terms. If a part fails within the warranty time period, we will refund the purchase price of the part only (no labor cost incurred by buyer will be reimbursed).
Any alterations or modifications to any part before resolving any issues with the seller voids guarantee and all refunds. If the buyer is seeking a refund and the part is found to have been damaged during installation, no refund will be given. Seller is not responsible for any misuse or neglect of this item and will not cover any consumer damage under warranty. We are also not responsible for any personal injury, incidental or consequential damage to buyer's vehicle by any item. All warranties cover parts only. Labor to replace an item is not and will not be covered. Improper installation and operation will not be covered under warranty.
If the buyer finds an item has been damaged during delivery, immediately contact us through eBay for instructions.
Warranty period begins when buyer takes possession of the item. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
It will be the buyer's financial responsibility to return any part for refund or exchange. A refund or exchange will not be given until the item is received and inspected.
SHIPPING TERMS
Parcel Shipping
Unless otherwise stated in the listing, any item weighing between 71-150 lbs will ship FedEx Ground. As a general rule, FedEx Ground will not ship to a residential address. If a business address is unavailable, the item can be sent to a FedEx Shipping Center in the buyer's area.
Freight Shipping
Please contact us for a quote on items marked for freight shipping. When requesting a shipping quote, please provide the shipping zip code, and be sure to specify whether it will be delivered to a residential address or business address (with/without a dock or forklift). Residential addresses are more expensive when shipping freight because a lift gate truck is generally required to complete the delivery. If a business address is unavailable, there may be a nearby trucking terminal to pick-up from. Let us know in your request to check for a nearby terminal.
Unless specifically noted in the quote request, freight quotes are given as business to business with dock and/or forklift. Seller cannot be responsible for discrepancies in the quoted price and actually cost if the information provided by the buyer is found to be inaccurate. Freight quotes are valid for 48 hours.
Shipping promotions on freight items will not include delivery to a residential address. Promotions include any item requiring freight shipping that is marked Flat Rate or Free. These items must be delivered to a business address with a dock and/or forklift, or it can ship to a nearby trucking terminal (if available) to be picked up there by the buyer. Buyer is welcome to pay the additional charges for shipping to a residential address. Contact us for a quote.
