We post from Sydney NSW. Payment received before 2pm will be sent on the same working day. Weekend/public holiday orders will be posted the next working day.

**Payment & Local Pick Up Service**

Overseas buyers must pay by PayPal only. Australian buyers can pay by PayPal, bank deposit, money cheque or cash on pick ups. Please pay within 3 days or contact me to advise of delay.

Pick up can be made at Enfield 2136 please make appointment at least 1 day prior.

**Delivery**

All items posted within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds. All listing comes with standard delivery option which is regular post carried by Australia Post. Please note this method does not have a tracking number. Once the item left our warehouse we have no control over transit. Express post is available in each listing and is highly recommended for extra tracking and peace of mind.

**Combine postage & postage costs**

We combine postage costs for multiple purchases as much as possible. For domestic orders if you have made more than 2 purchases and postage cost is more than $6.95 please 'request total from seller' BEFORE submit your payment.

Some examples of our postage costs across Australia wide -

Up to 4 pairs of shoes postage is $6.95 via regular post or $9.95 via express

2 pairs of shoes 3 bibs postage is $6.95 via regular post or $9.95 via express

2 x summer bodysuit postage is $2 or $3 depend on their thickness via regular post or $6 via express

We may upgrade your postage service to registered post at NO ADDITIONAL COST for orders over $40. FREE postage for orders over $150.

Postage cost for each listing is determined by size and weight of the item also includes all packing costs associated with your order. We DO NOT profit from postage costs. If the actual cost is more than $3 paid we will refund the excess postage to your account. If this hasn't been done by the time you receive the item simply email us.

**Domestic orders**

For standard postage service NSW customers usually receive the item within 1-3 working days. Other States will take 5-7 working days to deliver.

For express service if you live within the postal network it will take 1 business day to deliver guaranteed by Australia Post. If you live outside the network it may take up to 2 business days.

**International orders**

Postage costs may vary with each listing. We will combine postage however international postage is determined by its size and weight. If you are unsure please message us for a postage quote before purchase. We post via Australia Post - Airmail service. This is a low-cost service and does not have a tracking number to track online. Based on our past experiences UK and USA orders will take up to 5 weeks to arrive with minimum being 1 week. All other countries especially Brazil and Argentina please allow up to 9 weeks for delivery. For Russian orders delivery may take up to 3 months.

If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept exchange or return of full price excluding any postage costs, in its original condition within 14 days of the order date. We reserve the right not to accept returns for washed, perfumed or worn items.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges. We recommend sending return parcels via registered or express post as we are not liable if your return is not received at our address.

Please note that I do not make the clothes and have no control over how the item is sized or how well the item washes. I give my opinion on sizing according to my own experience and feedback received from buyers. Please don't hold me responsible for this, but certainly contact me if you're not happy.
