1972 Marshall 2040 Artiste 50W 2x12 combo in excellent condition serial 5845D. The Celestion Green back speakers date to 1977, non original Marshall footswitch included. There are some minor scuffs around the edges of the cab but otherwise this amp is very clean. The Artiste features two seperate channels both with two inputs - The first channel has extra controls for reverb and presence.
This amp has been fully serviced and tested by our professional technician and is in great working order. During the service my tech either changed himself or noted the following changes: New power and standby switches. New pots and valves. The footswitch is Marshall but new. The speakers date 77 / the chassis dates 72.
