For Canada we ship with Canada Post Expedited.  We charge a flat rate $10 for the first item and $0.35 for each additional one paid on the same invoice.  

For the US we ship with Canada Post or UPS Standard depending on the order address and size.  We charge a flat rate $17 for the first item and $0.35 for each additional one paid on the same invoice.  

We have to collect local Canadian taxes as we are a registered business.
