VITAMIN B3- NIACINAMIDE is one of two forms of vitamin B3 (the other is nicotinic acid), acting as a precursor of NADH and NADPH coenzymes, which are involved in many key biochemical reactions. The level of both coenzymes decreases with age and external administration of niacinamide seems to reverse this decrease. VITAMIN B3- NIACINAMIDE SUGGESTED USE:MIX 5 GRAMS (ONE SCOOP) IN ONE GLASS OF WATER OR OTHER BEVERAGE. CONSUME 1-3 TIMES PER DAY.
