General Terms and Conditions:

Please carefully read the item description, look at all photos and review shipping charges before placing a bid or using Buy It Now. Please ask any questions regarding the item and shipping before placing a bid. We will be glad to answer any questions before you bid or using Buy It Now (if you provide us enough time to respond).
By bidding on this item or using Buy It Now, the high bidder (Buyer) agrees to all of our terms and conditions.
Buyer agrees to pay for the item and associated shipping/handling.
If you have FEEDBACK RATING of ten (10) or LESS , please check with us first before bidding or using Buy It Now or we reserve right to cancel bid or item.
We reserve the right to nullify the result of this auction if there is an eBay failure within the last two hours of the auction.

Payment:

All payments from buyer will be in United States Dollars (no exceptions).
Payment is expected within 3 days of the end of the auction or Buy It Now. If payment is not received within 3 days from the end of the auction or Buy It Now, the order may be canceled and item may be re-listed.

Shipping and handling:

We usually offer multiple shipping choices (Economy USPS, Priority USPS and on occasion, UPS/FedEx Ground). Economy shipments will take longer to arrive. If you pay for expedited shipping (Priority or Express), we will ship via that method. Otherwise, we may use USPS Parcel Select, FedEx, or UPS (seller's choice).
We generally ship by weight and package dimensions (calculated weight based on shipment location and destination location). So, for example, since we are on the East Coast, it will cost more to ship to the West Coast. Please review all the calculated shipping charges for your specific zip code before you bid. We, on occasion, also may do fixed shipping depending on the item but it will be listed in the Shipping section.
Any item over $250.00 requires a signature when delivered. No exceptions.

Domestic Shipping: We ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States (not to Hawaii and Alaska). For some items, we will ship internationally to certain countries (See listing for specific shipment information.)

Depending on the item and packaging involved, we may charge a small handling fee (no more than $3.00). This will be shown in the calculated shipping cost so you will know the total shipping and handling cost before you bid. Enter your Zip Code on the Shipments and Payments tab in the auction listing to see shipping prices.
Handling time for the order will also be reflected in the estimated delivery time.
We will only ship to confirmed addresses. We cannot honor requests to ship to other addresses (addresses other than the registered high bidder). We will only ship to the address of the account of the winning bidder/purchaser. Whatever address is registered in EBay is the address to which we will ship.

International or Global Shipping Program Shipment:(if offered...check listing to see if International Shipment is offered for this item)

Due to previous issues with international bidders, we will only ship via USPS Express International or USPS Priority International thru the U.S. Postal Service. These can be expensive shipments international so please consider when bidding. We will not ship Airmail Parcel Post or Surface Economy. Buyer must provide their phone number for the shipment.
International Buyer to pay actual shipping costs in United States dollars only + $3.00 handling. Note: shipping services for international shipments can be costly, especially when using a service with tracking numbers.
International Buyer must have a feedback rating of 10. Please check with us first before bidding or we reserve right to cancel bid.
International Buyer must contact us with address before sending payment so shipping costs can be calculated.
No PayPal for unconfirmed addresses. Most addresses outside the U.S. are unconfirmed and therefore we will not accept PayPal in these cases.
International Buyer is responsible for any and all duties / fees etc. your country charges to import your package.
We will not declare shipment as “gift” or under value the item.
Any item over $250.00 requires a signature when delivered per PayPal seller’s protection policy. If a signature service is not available to your country, we will not accept PayPal in this case (no exceptions).
Insurance is included in handling cost.

Receipt of item:

Buyer is responsible for opening the item received within 3 days (72 hours) and notifying us of any damage during shipment.
Insurance claims require the ALL original packaging to be kept.

Returns:

Sold as is. Returns not accepted.
