This is a 2017 M&M's retail store Holiday treats header Card, signed by extraordinaire voice actor Billy West with COA-certificate of authenticity (size is approx: 5 x 8 inches), complete. The header card is made on thicker cardboard stock and does have damage in the form of large creases present. These headers were not available for sale and were only used for the 2017 holiday season and then thrown away. We have also provided a scan of the actual item.
