It is non-caffeined brown rice coffee that does not use coffee beans made with rice alone. I made it using Yamagata prefecture brand rice "Tsuya Hime". Brown rice coffee is a drink that roasted brown rice. Since brown rice coffee does not use any coffee beans, caffeine is not contained. In order to make umami and bitter taste without using any coffee beans, I studied my own roasting method, succeeded in pursuing the taste and making a deliciously scented brown rice coffee.
Brown rice coffee is manufactured at the contract factory of Shonai Town, Yamagata prefecture. Rice Yield It is a contract factory which renovated rice warehouse in Shonai Town, Yamagata prefecture. In Shonai Town New Industry Creation Hall "Classe" which Shonai Town built as a new sixth industrialization base, we are doing consistently from roasting to packaging work.
Rice gruel, because it is Shonai, a gem that was born. We do not dare to mechanize, we are carefully advancing each process manually. By not mechanizing, as the quantity sold increases, people's hands increase, local employment is born, we aim to create permanent employment with this kind of mechanism. Every day, one by one carefully manufactured, I am making delicious unpolished rice coffee which is not elsewhere.
