Invoicing
Individual
item:
I
will post your parcel as soon as I receive payment-postage days are Monday,
Wednesday and Friday.
Should
one of these fall on a South African public holiday, the next weekday will be
applicable.
Per
parcel:
Please
only request an invoice/make payment once you are ready for me to post your
parcel.
Alternately,
I will send an invoice 30 days from the date of your first purchase requesting
payment.
Should
payment not be forthcoming, ebay is set to open an unpaid item case 32 days
from date of first purchase.
I
will then contact you requesting payment.
Should
payment still not be forthcoming, ebay will close the unpaid item case as
unpaid 36 days after date of first
purchase.
Should
ebay close the unpaid item case as unpaid, I will add the buyer to my blocked
bidder list as this platform is for serious bidders only.
Photographs
All photographs are taken in white light (+-5600 kelvin) to show true colour.
In
some cases, specimens may seem lighter/darker.
In
this case, please contact me prior to close of auction.
Please
note that my specimens are no different to other specimens from said locality –
I find that a good source of reference is mindat.org
Rules of
engagement
Please
note that bidding is at the discretion of the buyer.
As
in any auction process, the opening bid is merely a platform from whence the
true value is determined by the collectors through a fair and transparent
process.
With
over 35 years of knowledge and experience, as both collector and purveyor of
Southern African specimens, my passion is to make local minerals available
worldwide - at local prices!
I
hence cannot consider wholesale or other trade beyond ebay as in most cases,
bidding opens under my replacement cost.
I
only buy and sell natural formations, hence not commercially altered or
manufactured goods…..unless stated otherwise.
Focus is on localities in Southern Africa.
Packaging
Specimens
are packaged securely in order to preserve them on long journeys to reach their
destination as they were offered-please take care when unwrapping them!
Please enjoy our
journey ;-)))))))))
