Late 19th.c Chinese Turquoise enamel pair of plates, both depict the same scene of a animal landscape scene with an elephant, tiger and Foo Loins among colorful floral decoration, the reverse of both plates depict bright blooming chrysanthemums and butterflies, both plates retain a Jiajing seal with the word China scratched into the plate, the footrim is smooth and glazed base is glazed.
