This is a spectacular Nintendo New 3DS XL Hyrule Edition with Dual IPS screens. It is complete with matching box, and all AR cards, manuals and packaging. These screens are beautiful and allow you to enjoy playing this system at any angle (like laying in bed), without the images fading. Look at the pictures for a comparison to a system with non IPS screens. This is technically a used console but you would never know. The touch screen has a screen protector on it and it is doing it's job. The top screen is perfect. The parental locks are not set. The only reason it isn't new is the firmware has been updated. These are both IPS screens. I buy and sell them here in Houston Texas and when I find an excellent system I bring it to the people who will really appreciate it! Both screens are in fantastic shape!
