These are high quality insulated crimp terminals, conforming to BS4579 and BS4G178.
For
this type of terminal, the colour of the insulation represents the size of
wiring that fits the terminal. This is detailed below;
Red Connectors: 0.4mm to 1mm² /
22-16awg cable
Blue Connectors: 1.1mm to 2.6mm² /
16-14awg cable
Yellow Connectors: 2.5mm to 6.5mm² /
12-10 awg cable
