By you making a purchase through us you agree that:
1) You have read this entire listing, including the Description, Size,
Rules and Disclaimers, Shipping and Returns.
2) We Offer Three Color Options; White, Black and Red. Some listings offer other color options.
We have other colors available. If you choose any DIFFERENT from White, Black and Red
Or what is listed, YOUR ORDER BECOMES a CUSTOM ORDER.
3) Once your item has been marked “shipped”, It has been Processed and cannot be changed.
4) We are not responsible for any errors during the application process, for ANY reason.
You are required to take the proper steps when applying your decal. Directions are provided
in the listing’s photos.
Shipping:
1) We only ship after we have received a cleared payment.
2) We only ship to addresses that are provided by eBay at time of purchase.
We will not alter any address for any reason.
3) We offer two (2) types of shipping options;
a) Free Shipping that does not include Tracking. Normal ship times are 2-9
business days BUT may take up to 15 business days for delivery. There is a
a risk that your item can be misplaced. If so, Any issues with misplaced items will
be the Delivery Service's duty to correct
b) First Class Shipping does come with tracking for an additional charge. This service has a
3-5 Business day delivery window. Any issues with misplaced items will be the Delivery Service's duty to correct.
4) We process orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except when they fall on a Holiday.)
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, process MONDAY
Orders placed on Monday and Tuesday, process WEDNESDAY
Orders placed on Wednesday and Thursday, process FRIDAY
* If possible, we sometimes can process same day, depending on order times.
5) You agree to keep an eye out for your order, without exception.
Didn’t receive or got the wrong item?
If your item is past due, we require that you contact us through eBay’s messaging system
Prior to you opening a claim with eBay. You will also provide us with your address in the message.
This will help to expedite our research.
We pride ourselves on correcting the issue without it ever going to eBay's claims department.
Wrong orders will need to be submitted to us through eBay’s messaging system
A photo is required to verify a wrong order. At that time we can send the correct one or refund.
Returns:
In many cases, orders can be returned IF;
1) It is in original condition.
2) Buyer pays return shipping, Tracking not required but helpful.
3) Buyer agrees to a 20% restocking fee
4) Your purchase IS NOT custom in any way.
Orders That cannot be returned;
1) Ones that have been attempted to be applied
2) Damaged items caused by buyer
3) ANY CUSTOM ORDER
4) Any and All application errors
These rules may seem unnecessary. They do serve a purpose which helps us to provide the
highest quality at an exceptional price. We value our customers and strive to make your
purchasing experience a pleasant one. We also attempt to limit any issues that may arise
during your experience with us. With this in mind, We do not leave FEEDBACK until our
valued customer has left FEEDBACK for us first. This may seem odd, But this is another step
that allows us to make sure everything worked out best for our customer
Custom sizes and colors:
We can cut this decal in virtually any size or any color you like. Vinyl is now available in many
shades from color changing to metallic colors. If you would like a different size or a different color
other than what is shown, please ask us before buying.
