Dellorto number is 7455, V9 taper.  Newly-made, unavailable for years.  Suitable for the accelerator pump-style SQUARE-slide VHB carbs, 29-30mm.  The V9 taper is usually used on Tonti-frame Moto Guzzi (V7 Sport, CX100 Lemans, 850T/T3, 1000 Convert).  NOT suitable for round-slide PHM/PHF.
