Our range of Comfortnights® Terry Duvet Protectors are fully waterproof and are designed to support continence care and protect your duvet from liquid spills. The 100% Terry, soft cotton pile upper is slightly absorbent and the discreet polyurethane backing which is breathable, allows air to circulate around your body whilst preventing moisture passing through to your duvet. Undetectable under your normal bed linen this is a superior product compared to the PVC versions on the market. Manufactured to the highest standards they are super soft, and do not rustle. They fit on to the duvet just like a standard duvet cover and are zipped to make putting them on easy. The duvet protectors can be washed at 90 deg. C, ensuring that most bacteria is killed in the wash and are suitable for either line drying or can be tumble dried on a cool setting. These duvet protectors are also Anti-Allergenic protecting the user from household dust mite and other allergens which cause conditions such as rhinitis and asthma. The Comfortnights® Terry range has over time, proven to be one of the most hardwearing, resilient and popular mattress, duvet and pillow protector products on the market.

Postage Information

All items are dispatched within 1 working day of purchase using Free Economy Delivery 2-3 days via Royal mail 48, a tracking number is always provided.
We rely heavily on Royal Mail to deliver goods within their set guidelines. However, we are unable to guarantee delivery for a specific day. The only way to guarantee a delivery on a certain day is by using the next Day service.
If you are an international customer and wish to purchase an item, please note we use the eBay global shipping program.

Orders need to be placed before 2.00 pm, Monday-Friday for same day dispatch, Orders placed with Next delivery over the weekend may be picked but will not be collected by the carrier until Monday for onward delivery Tuesday. There is no next day service over the weekend.

Returns

At Coastal Linen Supplies, we aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction, and are always happy to try and resolve any issues you may have, to enable us to do this please contact jackcoastal through eBay messages prior to leaving negative feedback or opening a case, we will replace any item that is damaged or faulty on delivery. If you have ordered the wrong item or size in error then you can return the item to be exchanged for an alternative if the item is unopened and in a resalable condition, if the item is returned to us in any condition other than unopened a refund cannot be given, as we would not be able to resell this item to any other customer. Any items returned for reasons other than faults must be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a refund for items that have been used. We do not offer our products on a 'home trial' basis so please ensure, before ordering that you are ordering the correct size to fit your bed, pillow or wedge (opened items will not be accepted for return if you ordered the wrong size in the first place). If the wrong size was ordered but the item remains unopened then we will be happy to refund the amount paid less our postage costs. If you just change your mind or decide that the item is no longer what you require then you can return the unopened item to us for a refund. We do not refund the return postage costs or the original postage costs, just the item cost.
