3-year warranty on all parts and labor against defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace the defective part with new or refurbished part at our discretion. If a replacement part is no longer available on the market, we will either substitute for an equivalent part or offer a free upgrade.

Limitations of Liability

We are not accountable for damages and costs that are the results of accidents or misuse/abuse of your computers. Changing hardware, modification of existing BIOS or firmware, overclocking, physical or water damage voids warranty.

Replacement Parts

If we determine a part is defective, and you are capable of swapping out the part yourself, we will send a replacement part out to you after we receive the defective part. We are not accountable for any damages stemming from improper installation of the new part. It is your responsibility to know how to safely work with the hardware you are replacing.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping, You can use any carrier with tracking info. System should be properly packaged to protect it against damage during shipping. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from improper packaging or mishandling. Once repairs are completed, we will return your computer system at our cost.

• Which monitor do you recommend?

  For photo/video editors, we recommend a high quality 4K IPS display with a screen size of 27-34 inch based on your budget. IPS panel creates more accurate color with better viewing angle which is ideal for professional work.
  For gamers especially FPS players, 2K (2560 x 1440) 144Hz monitor remains our top choice for the extra smoothness.

• Why don't you bundle keyboard and mouse?

  As enthusiasts we know everyone has different tastes when it comes to input devices.
