Welcome to Antiques & Moore!

This listing is for a beautiful Carder Era Steuben Verre de Soie finger bowl. There is beautiful iridescent coloration in the glass with hues of gold, purple and blue. This lovely glass was created by Frederick Carder for Steuben Glass in Corning, N.Y. in the early 1930's and was among his favorite of all the great art glass he created. Verre de Soie translates to "glass of silk".

Bowl measures 2 1/4" high with a 4 3/4" top diameter. Weighs 4.8 ounces.

This stunning bowl is in excellent Estate condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Unmarked as is most of Carder's Verre de Soie glass but guaranteed to be as represented.

We are fortunate to have several unusual and rare pieces of original Carder Steuben and Tiffany art glass so please check our eBay Store for other great items.
