1.The majority of our items are new but have been previously handled on store shelves and have been in storage so they may need a minor dusting off. Please see ruler for the exact measurements .. Please note that when the silver ruler is shown in a photo it is an 18" ruler not 12" .

2. Payment is expected within 2 days of the auction closing. If you need more time to pay please just contact us because If payment is not received after 2 days, an unpaid item case is automatically opened, which may affect your ability to buy or sell on eBay and we will need to shut the auto claim off.

Items that require batteries have been tested and work UNLESS otherwise specified. but batteries will not be included. we sell thousands of battery operated plush, most of the battery operated toys arrive with the batteries in them , and many times the batteries have exploded so some many of the battery compartments may have reside inside . ( we photograph hundreds of items at once and list so its nearly impossible to match which have residue, our apologies. Our items are stored in a smoke-free environment
