Returns and Refund

• We will make every effort to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased from us, we are happy to provide you with no-quibble refund for the item value or exchange the item for another of your liking to the same value within 14 days of the purchase date. 
• Your refund will be processed once we have received the goods back from you. 
• The return postage needs to be paid by the customer unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
