ON THE BACK:  "Shrine of Democracy.  Where the hand of man has carved in the ageless granite the figures of four of the outstanding leaders of American history, Washington, Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt ad Lincoln.  Now designated as our National Shrine, Black Hills of South Dakota."
