Cinelli leather wrap V.I.P series handlebar and stem combination in white. Purchased new and installed on a bike in my collection. Bars and stem are in excellent condition with no scratches above the minimum insertion line. White leather wrap is very good condition,these usually turn yellowish over the years but these are very white. some marks on the drop  (shown in pic).Cinelli bar end plugs. These have the mounting bolts and nuts needed to install the brake levers.
