2 Left and right inputs switched to a single left and right output, so 2 inputs into 1 output.  Can also be used in reverse if required.   

Designed using high quality gold phono connectors. 

Good spacing (unlike competitors) which allows for various types of phono lead to be connected without any space concerns.
