Here is a nice lot of 3, 5  and 8 new Italian designer, silver metal buttons. The buttons sizes are  7/8=22mm and 11/16=17mm.  

The buttons are all same style: antique silver/nickel finish - high quality, shank metal buttons made in Italy.
