It is against the California State Health and Safety Code 106960 to accept returns of wig or hair pieces.
Please email us with further questions or concerns regarding
our return policy. Upon receiving your wig, please check to make sure
that you have received the correct color and wig before opening the
package. Incorrect or damaged items will be replaced
if the item is in unworn and in factory sealed condition.
All items returned must accompany a confirmation letter from
Jenny's HairSense. (We
do not accept returns without confirmation letter. The
item/items will be returned to sender at
sender's expense. NO exceptions.). Once
item is received, our team of
associates will exchange the incorrect/damaged wig upon
inspection. Carefully review the item description before bidding. Color quality may vary depending on your monitor's resolution selection, different lighting effects and individual perceptions. These are just a few of the many possible reasons. Therefore, please make all inquiries prior to bidding and choose your selections carefully.
