THIS RECORD IS FROM OUR PERSONAL COLLECTION. Well maintained. Very Rare.

*Because our clients are mostly jazz collectors and connoisseurs, as we are, we made it our policy to only sell vinyl that we grade in VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) condition or better. This vinyl is in our opinion a VG+, looks and plays great.

Record Grade VG+ = Very well maintained. There are minor surface scratches that have no effect on sound. Just listened to both sides of the whole album and it plays smooth, It is from our personal collection. Difficult to find this rare vintage mono recording in such nice condition. (see pictures) 

Jacket Grade VG+ = Shiny, clean, well maintained. No staining. No writing. We put tape on top right of cover to protect seem split. Has been kept in plastic since we bought in 1960. Stamp from "Radio City Music Shop", a famous jazz record store in Hempstead, New York where we purchased it. A very clean jacket for a 54 year old album. (see pictures)

The Allmusic review by Ken Dryden states that "it is an ambitious work which mixes free improvisation with written passages that have not only stood the test of time but still sound very fresh."
