Comes with a set of Veloflex Tubular tires that are in great shape and have a lot of miles on it.

The wheel condition says "new other" because it has tires on it and it is on a bike, but the wheels actually where never used on a ride. the pics of the free hub having no "teeth" marks from the cassette is a good indication that the wheel was never used.

The wheels came from a Cannondale Black inc that a customer left on my shop for sale, he build the bike for $10,000 and wants $6,500 for it. We decided to sell in parts since the bike is not selling.

The front wheels has no Glue or residue on rim, but it has some on the Tire due to not been brand new and came from another rim. The rear Wheel has tire mounted on and glued but it needs to be checked just to make sure it has the proper tire/rim bond before you ride.

The 2018 version of this wheels have an MSRP of $4,500.
