Item description:

This auction is for a Micro AmigaOne µA1-C computer. It has been very lightly used and is in mint condition. It is clean inside and out and the unit is in 100% working condition. There are no scratches on the motherboard or any damage. The unit itself has been cleaned internally and externally, and is dust free.

Included items in this auction are:
  • Micro AmigaOne µA1-C motherboard, with 512MB of RAM, installed in an Antec NSK1380 MicroATX case.
  • 80GB IDE hard drive.
  • IDE CD-RW burner.
  • Original 256MB memory module.
  • Power cord.
  • Original boxed OS 4.1 installation CD with manual.
The monitor in the pictures is NOT included. It is merely used to represent and prove the working condition of this system, and show you that it boots into the OS.

This next gen Amiga has been installed in a cube-styled Antec MicroATX case, model NSK1380, with a 350 Watt power supply. The system's CPU cooling has been upgraded with a superior active cooled heatsink/fan combo. Memory has been upgraded from the original 256MB to 512MB. Amiga OS 4.1 has been upgraded to Update 6 revision and the original installation disc has been included. This is the last revision available, prior to the release of OS 4.1 Final Edition. You are encouraged to buy it for maximum stability and up to date features. Here is a link showing where to buy

AmigaOne µA1-c (released in 2004) is the follow up next gen Amiga computer to the A1XE system, which was a full ATX motherboard. It addresses known hardware issues of the existing XE boards at the time. Micro AmigaOne comes with on-board VGA graphics, in form of a built-in ATI Radeon 7000 32MB card.

A friendly tip to the winning bidder: The Amiga OS 4.1 (Update 6 and prior) for the µA1-C motherboard was designed to primarily cover stable operation of the unit through PS/2 style mice and keyboards. While USB compatibility is available and active, please note that it may be a bit challenging to obtain a stable and working USB mouse and/or keyboard (requires trial and error, Googling, and patience). This is why I recommend using a PS/2 keyboard and mouse to get started, and eventually upgrading to Amiga OS 4.1 Final Edition for maximum code level and improved compatibility. It's amazing that this Amiga is still officially supported from the Amiga OS 4.1 standpoint! :)
