International buyers: I will be happy to ship International locations, but items over $20 will require tracking. Do not ask me to send it without it. The International shipping rate listed does not include tracking, insurance, or expedited fees. Please wait for my invoice which will be sent within 24 hours of the auction closing to include revised shipping rate. Registered Mail is $13.95 plus regular shipping charges.
