Wholesale Photo makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on business days before 8:00 AM ET (Eastern Time) are generally shipped the same day. Please note weekend orders, placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM ET will be processed on the following Monday. If there is a problem with your order, you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.
We are always working hard to ensure your package arrives as soon as
possible. Please understand that some factors like weather, high postal
traffic, and the performance of shipping companies are outside of our
control. We can only ship to the address we receive when the order was placed.

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states and ship within 1 business
day of payment, usually sooner. We do not accept orders to P.O. Boxes over $750 please
provide a physical address for orders over $750.
For shipping outside of the continental USA, we only use eBay's Global
Shipping Program. The item is shipped to KY and then sent to the rest of
the world. International customers are responsible for all duties and
taxes. Continue to check out in order to calculate costs for shipping
the item to your country. Messages regarding eBay's Global Shipping
Program MUST be directed at eBay EXCLUSIVELY.
RETURNS
We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on items which you are not completely
satisfied with. You have the option for a full- or an exchange of the
item.
Customers may return most non-defective items (subject to manufacturer's return policy) to us within 30 days of invoice, either for credit or exchange. All shipping, packaging, handling and related charges are not refundable. Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Wholesale Photo reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee up to half the cost of the product is the conditions are not met. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
