   Warranty
Warranties are handled by the respective manufacturer or Refurbisher. In an attempt at clarity we will list the manufacturer stated warranties on our listings, however you the consumer are advised to research the warranty to your satisfaction. We will endeavour to assist you with any questions regarding warranty and we will also be available for assitance in claiming said warranties. We are not responsible or liable for errors or omissions from the manufacturer in regards to any stated specifications or warranties.

For computer systems (New and Refurbished):
Warranty covers hardware issues only. Warranty will be voided on systems found to be tampered with or abused. Common upgrades will not affect the warranty, however waranty will not be extended to these upgrades, and they must be removed, and the original configuration restored prior to any warranty servicing or support. Should you return your system with one of these upgrades we will not be responsible for returning the upgrades to you, only the system as it was in its original configuration when purchased.

We are not responsible for your data, hard drives will be wiped and reloaded during warranty service.


Batteries carry a 7 day DOA warranty only.

To start a return process on an item, please send us a message via ebay messaging system. Include the item title, invoice number and a detailed description of the problem.

   Payment
We accept payment via Paypal only. Please make payment within seven days of checkout, after which we will initiate a return process. Please ensure you have sufficient funds before making your purchase. If for some reason you cannot pay, please inform us so that we can make the proper arrangements to cancel the transaction.

When paying via Paypal please be aware that e-check's are sometimes used instead of instant transfers, this can happen when you do not have a credit card linked to your account or a credit card or other payment information has expired or changed. Please ensure your payment information is up to date with paypal before making your purchase. Your item will not ship until payment has cleared. Payments via e-check can take 6-8 business days to clear on average and sometimes longer. We will inform you if any additional delays are anticipated from Paypal.

The item will not ship unless payment is made in full including all applicable taxes.

After payment has cleared, the item will ship within 2 business days to a confirmed Paypal address only. Please do not buy if you do not have a confirmed address. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Where Free shipping is offered:
Please note that remote areas are not covered by free shipping, instead we offer a discounted rate to your location. We will do our best to reduce shipping costs, but due to courier surcharges we cannot offer free shipping to remote areas in the following locations: Yukon, Nunavut, NW Territories, Newfoundland and Labrador. Please do not purchase if you live in a remote area, contact us for further advice.

Note: e-check's can take 6 - 8 business days to clear. Your item will only ship once payment has cleared.  We are not responsible for clearing delays from your bank account to Paypal. When leaving feedback please rate us on our handling time from clearing date, not from payment initiated date.

We do not charge handling on our shipping services. The price you see is the cost of shipping from the carrier only. Please remember a cheaper shipping service will take longer to get to you and a faster service will cost more. Please choose a shipping service that falls within your expectation or needs. You can have cheap or you can have fast shipping, but you cannot have both. For shipping time please rate us on our handling time and not the couriers time to get the package to you, the further you live from us the longer a package will take to get to you. If you have your tracking number within the 2 business days specified then we have done as much as we can, the rest is out of our hands. Please consider this when leaving your feedback in the DSR.

We currently offer Expedited, Xpresspost and Priority Courier Services. These services have tracking and insurance for lost or damaged goods. These are also considered fast shipping services.

We also offer slower services such as Small Packet Air and Ground as well as Letterpost, these budget services do not have tracking or insurance for lost or damaged goods. These shipping services may not be available for all listings depending on package weight and size. There is no delivery guarantee for Small Packet or Lettermail, you may have to wait up to 60 days in some instances to receive your item using these services.

Overall it is recommended to choose services which have tracking numbers and insurance as these will insure you receive your item in a timely manner.

In some instances, the calculated shipping may not display accurate rates. We will do our best to ship the product to you with the quoted rates, however we reserve the right to contact you with revised shipping costs should the rates displayed by ebay be innacurate for any reason. In such a case, you have the right to cancel the transaction or to pay the revised rates.
