Shipping & Handling
- All items purchased to be delivered within the UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands, Isle of white, Ireland and the Isle of Man) is completely free. Their is a surcharge for all delivery locations outside the UK mainland.
- All items are shipped within 1-2 business days (except Friday) after payment is received and we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Exchange Process
- 14 Day Exchange Policy - Buyers can return a defective item for exchange within 14 days after receipt for the order. We may replace unit at our discretion. Return shipping is the Buyer's responsibility. No Refunds

- Be sure to keep all original packaging, materials and parts. Any non-working returns that are damaged or have missing items will incur additional charge.
- Contact me within 48 hours if your order is damaged during transit. The faster report your damage to the carrier, the faster the claim process will be completed (subject to approval by carrier). All return is the buyer's responsibility.
