These authentic Ray-Ban lenses came from a brand new pair of sunglasses that were re-loaded with prescription lenses in our authorized dealer optical store.  There are no visible defects.  The model number is RB 2132 also known as the New Wayfarer. The eye size is 52mm. Please make sure they fit your authentic frames as they are not returnable.
